Leadership Training Program (LTP)

“Stretch Yourself This Summer!”

Are you looking for
… some new challenges?
… ways to become a Godly leader?
… new friends?
… opportunities to get to know and trust God?
Then look no more! “Stretch Yourself” into LTP week at Mill Stream Bible Camp!

Experience new challenges through hands-on leadership training, discover your God-given personal gifts and skills, encounter new opportunities to trust God and enjoy meeting new friends while having fun times of learning and leading.

The Leadership Training Program (LTP) Week is held at Mill Stream Bible Camp for one week each summer. It is for teens who have completed Grade 8 and combines a unique challenge in leadership training combined with a practical “laboratory camp experience”!  You must apply for this program, which is limited to 10 participants for the week.

LTP week teaches the principles of Godly servant-leadership to prepare you for future leadership and service opportunities in your church, school and community. You will participate in real practical experiences by working directly with campers and helping in several aspects of the camp operation.

Mill Stream Bible Camp is owned and operated by BCM International (Canada) Inc. and, for the first time, BCM Canada will be handling the application process as well as providing additional information about the LTP program.
